Sales and delivery

Experience ticket and order confirmation will always be sent to the email address provided.

Responsibility for the experience ticket passes to you as the consumer at the time, you receive the ticket.

Once you have paid for an experience, the experience ticket will always be sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive an email, you should first check whether our email has ended up in your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, you can contact us directly for help.

Responsibility for the experience ticket passes to you as a consumer at the time you receive the ticket by email, and you should therefore check as soon as possible whether the contents of the email and the experience ticket match the order and order confirmation.

Awards

VAT

All prices at Myklevik Farm are quoted in NOK and VAT is included. Exempt are experiences which, due to their content and nature, are exempt from VAT under the rules of the VAT Act.

Experience Gift Card

Our gift cards are an amount gift card that can be used as a means of payment.

Our gift cards cannot be combined and must therefore be used individually. Please also note that discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards.

Price and printing errors

We reserve the right to cancel the order if there is a material and/or manifest error on our website, social media, newsletters and other e-mails. We reserve the right to cancel the order.

Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel

For more than 7 days until the experience, you can rebook by contacting us directly. However, some experiences have special rules for rebooking, e.g. for overnight stays and for experiences that require long preparation, and there may therefore be some exceptions. This will be stated under Rules and Safety on the experience's product page.

For less than {selectedRefundTime} to the experience, the experience cannot be rebooked. Please note that the experiences often involve preparations that involve costs that must be covered, and therefore you cannot get your money back for the experience.

On the day: If something unforeseen occurs immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness), please contact the experience manager so that they know that you are not attending anyway. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Alternatively, as a starting point, you are welcome to give your ticket to someone else.

Weather conditions

Safety and good conditions are the highest priority. Therefore, the weather can sometimes make it impossible to keep the experience. Should this happen, the experience manager will contact you so that you can find a new date together.

If the experience manager chooses to cancel

Of course, our experience managers do everything possible to make sure you have a good experience. However, unforeseen events can occur, such as illness, weather conditions and the like, where there is no choice but cancellation. Should this happen, you will be contacted by the responsible person by phone/SMS and then by email.

If the event manager chooses to cancel due to too few enrollees, scheduling errors or the like, the cancellation must take place no later than 3 days before the start of the experience. Regardless of when the cancellation takes place, there must be alternative booking dates available and if this is not the case, you are entitled to a refund for your experience.

Security

Through our software provider Durable, we use SSL, which means that your credit card details are processed encrypted.

If you pay by credit card, you are protected against misuse, because you can refuse a payment through the bank. In addition, you do not have a deductible in the event that your credit card is misused in an online store that uses SSL. Myklevik gård uses SSL, which means that your credit card details are processed encrypted.

Requirements upon arrival to the experience

Guests are requested to arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time of the experience. Upon arrival to the experience, you will need to document your booking with your ticket or booking confirmation.

Personal data

  • We register your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you.
  • The personal data is registered with Myklevik gård and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.

When you purchase an experience at Myklevik Farm, we need the following information:

Name.

  • Address.
  • Email address.
  • Phone number.

We register your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you. We ask for your phone number in order to be able to provide you with good service, if something unforeseen happens at the delivery of your order confirmation, when sending your gift box or on the day of your experience.

The personal data is registered with Myklevik gård and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. If you have made use of your experience in the meantime, most of the data will be deleted 30 days after the experience or the redemption of your experience certificate from the experience controller. We must keep your name and address for five years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. When personal data is collected through our website, we ensure that it is always done with your express consent, so that you are informed about what information is collected and why.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted. Information provided to Myklevik gård is not passed on or sold, and we do not record any sensitive personal data. As a registered customer at Myklevik gård, you always have the right to object to the registration and you have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this are directed to Myklevik gård via e-mail.

Your rights

In connection with purchases, identity and transaction details are stored in accordance with applicable legislation at all times.

If your information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.

Cookies

Myklevik gård uses cookies for the purpose of optimizing the website and making your visit easy for you. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time.
