Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel

Cancellation no later than 7 days prior to the date of the experience provides a full refund.

For more than 7 days until the experience, you can cancel or rebook by contacting us directly. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before, you can rebook if available dates are suitable, or receive a 50% refund.

In case of less than 48 hours to the experience, the experience cannot be rebooked or refunded. Please note that the experiences often involve preparations that involve costs that need to be covered, and therefore you cannot get your money back for the experience.

If something unforeseen occurs immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness), please contact the experience manager so that they know that you are not attending anyway. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Alternatively, as a starting point, you are welcome to give your ticket to someone else.
