Kayak tour and farm experience

1. Registration and payment
• Registration is binding. You will receive confirmation and payment information at the time of booking.
• The full amount must be paid at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellation no later than 7 days before provides a full refund. If cancelled less than 7 days before, 50% will be refunded. If cancelled less than 24 hours before, no refund will be given.

2. Weather and security
• Paddling trips take place only in safe weather conditions. Rain alone is not considered a reason for cancellation. Myklevik Gård reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour in case of bad weather or conditions that may affect safety.
• In case of cancellation from our side, you will receive a full refund or offer of a new date.
• All participants must follow instructions from guides and use necessary safety equipment.
• Wear clothes according to weather, we recommend woolen underwear and hat/gloves, and windproof jacket/pants.

3. Liability and insurance
• By signing up to this activity, the participant confirm that:

• I am able to swim.

• I do not have any illness, injury, or medical condition that would make participation unsafe.

• I will inform the instructor of any relevant medical conditions before the activity begins, for example diabetes, heart disease, epilepsy and reduced mobility.

• I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may impair my judgement, balance, or reaction time.

• I have the relevant insurance policy to cover this activity.

• I will follow all instructions given by the instructor.

• I understand that sea kayaking is an outdoor activity involving inherent risks, including capsizing, cold water exposure, changing weather conditions, collisions, physical exertion, and other hazards associated with the marine environment.

  I acknowledge that these risks cannot be completely eliminated, even when the activity is conducted by a qualified instructor using appropriate safety procedures and equipment.

4. Facilitation
• We want our experiences to be accessible to everyone. Please contact us before booking if you need special arrangements.

5. Photo and sharing
• We sometimes take photos during the experiences for use in marketing. Please let us know if you do not wish to be photographed.
